I googled it and apparently it's the blaster worm. That'll teach you to always use a firewall.
ZoneAlarm is a codeword for 'computer shit'. It will not block any spyware like Gator or any virus not programmed by an 11 year old. XP's firewall will serve you better, although it's not as good as others.
Actually, the 60 second shutdown thing is a good sign. It means that, instead of being 0wned, your lsass (iirc?) is just crashing. Look on the bright side, a Denial of Service is better than being turned into a spam relay by some pimply 19 year old Romainian.
Do what >>12 says, and get yourself a proper anti-virus while you're at it. If you have any further worm-related questions, search a reference like www.sarc.com first.
I got blaster when my completely unprotected laptop dialed in to a 56k line. Managed to fix it by spending my 60 seconds uptime googling and saving pages.

This is the symptom of Blaster and a variety of other worms that exploit DCOM vulnerabilities. The shutdown -a trick works after a fashion, but don't expect services like Windows Update to work properly after a chunk of Windows has crashed. Assuming your Interbutt connection still works after the shutdown override, you'll have to clean out the worm and patch the vulnerability manually.
