Hi and as the subject says that is what I am looking for. It has come down between Bitcomet and Azureus. Both having their advantages...but is one really better than the other?
I have noticed with BitComet I can have more than one download going smoothly but with Azureus...it always has one going at top-speed leaving the others to a measly 8kb. Also Azureus seems to be taking up more memory and causes my computer to slow down a lot more. The advantage is though I get faster download speeds with Azureus, and the downloading starts faster. With Bitcomet it is slower to start downloading.
So any suggestions? Or is there an even better Bit Torrent software out there for me?

Azureus is Java, which accounts for the memory eatage. That said I use it and I haven't had any problems. Instant resume is a bonus, because I don't have to fear stopping it while I play a game or something and then have to wait ages for it to check the files before continuing.

Most of the modern torrent clients have instant resume. Whoop-dee.
I personally use BitSpirit. It's quite good, but has a few annoyances, so I might try Bitcomet again.

easily torrentstorm is the underdog here.
unfortunately not under development anymore, but never the less, I think it has the greatest interface

If you like TorrentStorm you should try XBT. Equal minimalistic interface, hardly any memory footprint or CPU strain. But clunky though if you expect userfriendliness. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Well I just started using XBT.
WOW !
That is amazing, it's got a nice interface for what you are downloading the kinda I prefer with the columns. It really does use less resources...
My new favorite client ! Heh after using all of these versions of bit-torrent azureus has got to have the most options and flashy what not. Which is cool if all you do is torrent lol.

That's true, but Azureus also saves peer information, so you can reconnect to the people you were connected to very quickly.
