SGI 3D File System Navigator for WinXP

any chance of finding Silicon Graphics 3D File System Navigator for WindowsXP?

yeah its been a while since it appeared in Jurassic park, but hey.

I googled for them a few months ago and tried some. One of them was faster and more usable, but even with the advent of 3D graphics accelerators none of these file managers was finished  and no new ones are in development. Guess why? As cool as they may look, they are unusable.

When you're handling your files you want stuff done fast and safely. 3D requires spatial browsing which is hard to do with a 2D screen and mouse. Mice themselves are slow. If you want the best file manager ever, go for FAR Manager. You might think it looks oldschool, but try and get used to it, then do anything - clean your disk - sort your porn - build a CD compilation (hard linking files) - etc., and you'll see what a joy it is.
