X850 XL PE ATI Chipset cards

Hi, I'm looking at getting a X850 XL PE soon (unless the new ATI one comes out within a few months) and I was wondering if anyone could point out the differences between the three cards I'm looking at:

The Asus Card:

Obviously I would Like the Connect3D card to be better but the price kinda makes me think its the opposite. If anyone could point out what differences these cards have it would be greatly apreciated.

Asus K8V SE
Athlon 3400+ 64bit
1.25 Gig RAM
Radeon ATI 9600 AIW pro
100gig HD space
