Anonymous Proxy: how anonymous really?

I need to surf anonymously. I mean *really*. What free anoynmous surfing sites don't log your IP?

...which is not really going to be accomplishable, unless you're -seriously- hardcore on the subject. There's just too many ways for a 'global identifier' to be sniffed from the machine you're using. To date, with all the WiFi jacking I've know of, the perp was fingered from the hardware addresses of their network interface ("00-11-24-22-52-2d..."), so unless you're prepared to buy a new wireless card each time, or can crack firmware to change it, "don't even bother, kid."
