??? Help with software for kids and pr0n ??

Sup World4Chan?  I've got a problem, and maybe you guys can help me...
My 10 year old cousin was caught looking at Pr0n on the interbutt, and now I've gotta put some kind of blocks in there, so he can't be looking at it no more... not that there is NEthing wrong with pr0n, but he's a little too young...  We had the talk with him, and although I think that was enough, his parents still want to have more control, so what do you all suggest we use?  The compy is my old one (my first gen system, I'm now on my third), so its running like a p-2 350 on XP, so it can't be anything too heavy for it. 

I've never had to do something like this, so I don't really know what progs to even research... NEhelp would be greatly appreciated...  The things we want it to do is:
Block Pr0n sites
Cashe everything they do
Boot them from compy after they have been on so long (not nessesary, but would be nice)
Create easy to understand reports on demand about what was done while user was on compy

Please, I need assistance here

This may sound cruel but don't give a ten-year-old unsupervised access to the internet if you want to keep him away from porn. He can circumvent any filtering software you install.

I've always considered porn a somewhat childish activity. I started looking pretty much as soon as I got the internet at the somewhat advanced age of 14 - I came from a poor family. By the time I was 18 I'd pretty much got it out of my system and it was boring. By denying your kids porn you're denying them their childhood!

i dont understand why sex = OMG EVIL, but they would have no problem with the same 10 year old watching some matrix/gunplay shit on tv.

that said, if you are going to do filtering, youll need another system. anything that runs in software i could bypass when i was   his age, and if he cant do it you can bet he'll get a friend to do it. youll need something like a proxy server to put between him and the interweb, using BESS or somesuch, and blocking most proxying through it(he doesnt need forwarded ports to him, or any outbound access besides ports 80 and 21 really, check to make sure he's not lying if he says he needs ports for games).

any stuff running on the system itself can be killed by booting into safe mode and nuking the fuck out of it.

That's an opinion, not a fact... and if you read the other posts, you'd know its not my child.  Besides, ten years old is too young in most cultures, including mine.  Sorry if you wish you were into porn when you were ten, but the fact remains most children (over 95%, go check off-line research) hadn't seen porn before their teen age years.  So you're telling me 95% of people grow up to be porn-obsessed freaks?  Get off my internet please, you don't meet the intellegent quota for browsing, kthx?
