What's a good program to download multiple pictures from a website automatically?

I intend to use an image leecher for manga sites where I do want every picture in the manga without clicking on every last thumbnail manually.  I've used some crappy programs in the past however, and not all of them were very efficient.  So what's the best program?

Fine, let me spell it out for you: the guy wants to leech images like mad, and likely it's 4chan, IIchan, wtfux, and all the other image boards out there. They're kind of strapped for bandwidth, you know?

So, idiot fuck >>1 shows up and downloads everything, instead of only what he likes. The boards are now a little closer to going over quota (or less bandwidth for everyone else). Most of us want the boards to stick around, so we don't go on a dick-waving display trying to show off our knowledge of wget (which any geek knows about anyway). We're not stupid, so we play stupid.

Bandwidth isn't free, you fuck, so stop handing out tools to murder the boards we like, lest you be left without boards to visit too.
