Besides the internet (if the even do have them), where can I buy jumper blocks for a HDD? I'd try and find them on the internet but I really need them in a hurry.

the easiest thing, if you live in a decently sized city, is to raid the bargain bins at your local used computer place. Most of the ones I've seen usually have a box of old hdds for ~$10 a piece.
A little expensive, but at least you'll have your jumperz.

They're a standard part at any decent Electronics parts store. Here in AU they're available in baggies of 10 for $1.45 from Jaycar; DSE, Altronics, et.al. have them as well.
