Crappy eyesight

My prescription gets worse every year.  I find it harder to focus on reading books.  Do you notice any negligible effects from spending hours each day staring at a computer screen?  Or playing video games?

Well, this is minimally to do with computers, and you're a retards for seeking medical advice on 4chan.  That said, you may have developed astigmatism.  My eyes are so bad I need two pairs of glasses, one for normal wear, and one for reading/computer usage.  Both my nearsightedness and astigmatism are so bad they can't be similtaneously corrected.

Despite staring into a monitor for most of my waking hours my vision hasn't gotten any worse (than it already is) for the last five years. Make of that what you will.

If your eyes are bad they are going to get worse. My guess is that your under 20 and you probly got glasses when your were in gradeschool. Its normal, my eyes got worse and worse every year till I was in my mid 20s, and stareing at a computer screen didnt have anything to do with it. Right now my eyes have evened off and pretty soon I'll be getting the laser thing done.

If your eyes are bad you just have to wait till they stop.
