XP Japanese IME

I've seen pics with the Microsoft Japanese IME interface in English. Mine's in Japanese. How do I change that?

when you set default language for programs to english, the IME interface turns into english. You can't display some japanese programs or read files with japanese names then. I think I'll try to set the default language of japanese XP to english, it might explode I guess.

There's a setting in the properties of the IME that lets you change this.  When you have non-unicode set to English it is grayed out, but reads something like "Language to display settings and dialogs in".  Just find the setting in Japanese mode and change it.  It's pretty obvious since it will be set to 日本語.
