torrent and linux

I'm looking for a good linux bit torrent app.  Sorta like Azureus where it'll save which ones you're downloading/etc and so you dont have to save the .torrent file and click it every time you want to start downloading/seeding again.  I don't want Azureus though because it's Java ;X.

Qtorrent only looks like what you have set as a style, but it looks like it isn't being worked on anymore, been quite awhile.
