Ok.
Here's a doozy.
Running a Mac Media lab that, due to red tape and other extinuating circumstances... must run through a Windows Print Server. We are using Gimp-Print to communicate to the windows server, and this works just fine for our HP LaserJet series printer. However, we also have a DesignJet 50PS that we cannot, for the life of us, find a way to print to. It works fine from the Mac directly, but it fails to print when routed through the windows server.
Now, I know the first hting you are going to say is either:
"LOLOLOLOLO WINBLOWS SUCKS!!!!onehundredeleven!!!1 kekekekeke"
or
"OMGWTF. MACS ARE STUPID!"
And I know both sides of the arguements.
Yet, we have no choice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Relative Information:
Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaquar)
Gimp Print (for mac): http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/
Windows: 2000 SP3
Anyhow.. back to scouring for more info.
If I find an answer, I'll post a reply in this thread.
