Excite switched from Amikai to BizLingo. Seems better to me, but then I don't speak Japanese.

It makes more realistic sentence structures, but its attempts to make Engrish katakana look better screw some things up completely.

Also, "灰羽連盟" -> "Haiwa league", instead of leaving it alone or "gray wing league".

It changes exclamation marks into periods for no apparent reason, and it translates katakana "majikku" to "felt-tipped marker" and "furonto" to "reception desk". I can see where those would be appropriate, but it's probably better just to leave the literal romanisations.
Still, it's better than the old one. Although they're both better than Babelfish.

Why would excite do this? I thought they were pretty much given up on by their parent company.. uhm.. I forget their name.
