enable Task Manager?

hey, i got hit by some shitty spyware.  i think i got rid of it all (although it's doubtful), but it changed my settings and when i ctrl-alt-del, it gives me

"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator."

does anyone know how i can enable this again?

thank god for cctask.exe <3 i just finished wiping out a couple dozen of suspicious files.  i'm gonna reboot now and see what happens

And in future, don't use IE. Use firefox or opera. And avoid sites which like to give you spyware (flash game sites and pr0n sites for example)
