The article also says he is a main animator, not just "worked". So probably he's the "Matsumoto 83 cut" in that one image, considering Norio always draws so much amount of animation and it wouldn't be strange for him to have done more than anyone else on the film.

The cuts were better overall. The action had more impact unlike the bland slow-mo in previous episodes. Movement was pretty solid as well. Dare I say this tops ep 1 and 2.

Nah, the worst poster here in recent months are some guys from a german forum called anipodium. They wrote many troll posts. Some very stupid, but honest posts are also from them - despite the fact that they don't know anything about animation at all.

They're even at IRC (Patchou/Lilo and Hibari among others) and Patchou/Lilo tried even there to stir shit up (Rape jokes and he wanted to troll Space Dandy). /a/ is annoying, but /a/ isn't that retarded at least.

I have animated myself ,a 16 minutes short,  a 28 minutes short animated movie , another 40+ minutes (not finished) , many short webisodes of 5 or 10 minutes , like two animated clip , etc etc

I mean some animators probably did in one year something you'll never do in your entire life , stop vanity online
