Hideki Tamura is an animator from the 80s era, the era Arasan tries to copy. Tamura was a very good animator following the Kanada style. But around 1989/1990 Tamura stopped doing animation and went to work on video games or something and never came back
He returned in 2012 for those Combattler animations, which is for a Pachinko game.

I said Obari because on the sakuga wiki it mentions Obari was influenced by Tamura.
