Some of the 2011 titles were only added recently. Penguindrum probably got in for the same reason as Utena.

I haven't seen UN-GO yet, but it did have Kameda and obligatory Yutapon in the last episode. Guilty Crown is definitely above average for a TV series, but I'd group it in a lower tier if that list was ranked. Makihara's episodes are definitely worth watching though even if ep 4 wasn't as good as I remembered it to be. It's still the kind of show that has obvious cost cutting during the middle of each cour, there were some explosions and action sequences depicted as stills.

I still have no idea why stuff like Birdy and Star Driver aren't in there.
