I'm not sure if janitors can moderate world4ch boards. If they can, they should come up here once in a while and see how things are.

Mr VacBob made one a long while ago specifically for world4ch, but it's terribly implemented and catches a lot of false positives. Also, now that you mention it, I've also reported the spam once again in IRC.
