We all know there's quite a few manga scanlation groups out there. But are there any groups that translate the works of European artists like Lorenzo Mattotti, Joost Swarte, Max, Yves Chaland, etc...?

I don't think there are any, I was looking all over for a scanlation of Sillage and didn't find anything.

probably because there's no perceived audience, if there are any it was done by the scanner for a friend or his own pleasure/practice. Newsgroups are the only place I've seen things like this.

Try searching eMule or mirc. There are more than a few groups on there that are sympathetic to a fan. Good luck
