I Like Avatar

Or, if I must use the overly long title, Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender. The writing is good, the characters are entertaining and not as one dimentional as most cartoons, the budget's high enough to make for nicely animated fight scenes, and the art director actually understands how to make animated sight gags. Nickelodeon is obviously intending it to steal away some of CN's older viewers, but there's nothing wrong with competition. The DEEP MORAL LESSONS are not my taste, but they're almost required for children's television so I can stomach it.
