I think that show is gonna need a LOT of work....

fish sucks ass and is incredibly generic, boring, and unoriginal

did I mention the fish is not funny

Most of the jokes were too heavy-handed.

First eps usually are, both Family Guy's first ep, and Futurama first ep lacks the polish that later eps has. Then again, yeah, American Dad needs to be reworked to even be remotely in the same level as those two shows.

I CALL THEY DROP FAMILY DAD AND KEEP THE NEW EPS OF AMERICAN GUY

WE GOT TOO USED TO THE OLD CHARS TO ACCEPT THESE NEW ONES... PLUS THESE NEW ONES JUST SUCK COMPARED

THO EVEN A SUCK COPY OF FAMILY GUY IS STILL BETTER THAN MOST OF WHATS ON TV... SO WHO KNOWS

The horny fish sucks, the sugar-addicted aline is okay, but not as great as Brian from Family Guy was in the first episode.
But i'll keep watching it for now

I found it pretty cute, Obviously pilots all suck and I say we should give AD some time.
