I'm looking for any books on leading small Multimedia teams, or just small to medium sized teams in general.
Going back into College for my second year, and the courses I'm in require a lot of team project work.
Last year I was thrown into the head position about %90 of the time to lead groups 5-22 people large, Its bound to happen again this year so I want to be a little better at it.
Seems motivation in the longer running projects and staying focused during work hours were where I failed, since even I wanted to say fuck it and just play M:TG with the guys during render batches.
