About a year ago I read a book about a kid named Taryn (I think) who was a child in a world where children were somewhat rare because everyone took a drug that made them live longer but made them unable to bear children. And some childern got the "Peter Pan" operation (Or something to that effect) to make them look like children their whole lives.
Does someone know the name or author (or both) of the book I'm talking about? I really want to read it again.
