My Epic Poem

Verse the First.

Alas! - Daughters of the Weathervane
Thy time doth come in spells
On the wings of Hermes the Messenger
Protector of the caduceus - the hope -
- Son of Olympia!

Verse the Second.

Behold thine eyes! - Zeus of the Weathervane
- What dost thou do but weep?
For it was Hermes the Messenger
That in great pains poured the cream
Over thy daughter's breasts
And came with blows and heaves
In to her sugar-cup - Oh the humanity
Now within great peril
Lies thy daughter's future
Unaccustomed to rearing - For 'twas not long
Since she herself left
The cradle of the innocent

Verse the Third.

Slay him! Slay him! - Zeus the Angry
Thou cannot forget - Or leave alone
- Thou merely seest black in the dark
Now! - In the recesses
Of the rectum of Hermes
Thou hast done rape
To assert your superiority
To gain control of the Weathervane
Thou hast lost the game

It is too good for /book/. You people couldn't appreciate good poetry even if Seamus Heaney himself offered to blow you.
