Visual Typewriter

I love Visual Typewriter, btu sadly, I currently lack the funds to purchase it myself. University is hard to pay for, not to mention food. Is there anyone who owns the program and is willing to share the registration numbers, here or any other way?

I looked into this and don't see the use for it. What's wrong with Word?

That program is $20, bro. Drink water instead of soda for a week, or something.

Not to mention it's silly as hell. Why not just type in Emacs?

I prefer the look and feel of it. I'd buy myself a real typewriter, had I the chance.

I occasionally see typewriters under the "free" section of Craigslist. You might try that.

I just did a quick search on Ebay, too -- there are actual typewriters for sale cheaper than that silly program you've posted.
