I can't think of any at the moment, but it can't be hard to find some. It's a technique of literature. It looked groundbreaking and unique in the cinema, but in writing such narrative experimentation is much more common.

Use of Weapons by Iain M Banks has two narrative strands, one forwards, one back. Thoughtful end of Space Opera, if that's your thing. It all pays off.
