What do you guys think of Dan Brown?
I know he's not a very good writer - technically speaking, but he's a damn good story teller and really knows how to write a good page turner. I just finished his new one, "The Lost Symbol" and I thought it was pretty awesome, I really enjoy how he uses old symbology and things like that, almost makes you think that it could be real.

I looooooved angels and demons, probably my favorite thriller. he's not a great writer, but he goes crazy with facts and somehow paints a fairly vivid picture

He's fucking terrible. Not only is his writing bad, but his plotlines are cheesy and predictable, his characters shallow and implausible, and his booksas a whole are ridiculous. There's a point where bad isn't fun anymore and he's gone way past it.

He's worse than my little sister's books.

Just so you know, although some things he says are true, his books won't even make it as faction. He keeps interpretating things in a way for him to use them in his story.
If you're looking at it from a historian's perspective, Dan Brown's writing is nonsense, but it can sort of give off a vibe to the general audience that might get them interested in real history.

Don't change these.
