Book Collection Downloads or Torrents?

Name: Anonymous 2009-09-02 15:15

Are there any torrent collections that have decent books that anyone knows of? I have found several collections, but most of them are how to style books, while I am looking for things more like Atlas Shrugged and Lord of the Flies.

I never did enough read as a kid and am really trying to get all my essentials out of the way.

I wouldn't consider either of those books "essentials". Either way, torrents suck for books. Look to IRC instead: #bookz on undernet, #ebooks on irchighway. But if you really need to use torrents for whatever reason, try ISOhunt or the Pirate Bay or something; I found both of the books you mentioned pretty easily.

Then would you mind listing what essentials you think I should read? The only thing I am not interested in is Fantasy type books.

I have no idea what you really want to read, but there are some nice lists of great books at this site: http://www.interleaves.org/~rteeter/greatbks.html Harold Bloom's is the most comprehensive and, in my opinion, most agreeable for western literature

Why would you torrent a book most are only like 500kb-3mb and then torrenting anything that small could be a virus. Better to use IRC. >>3
Why dont you like fantasy? Don't have a good imagination?

There's nothing imaginative about fantasy, excluding maybe three or so authors.

You do have to register (free) and login to see everything.  Links usually to rapidshare, ifile.it, and such.

Don't change these.
