Maya's works- old and new

So, dunno if requests and fanfic are taboo here or not, but I'm trying to find Maya's Harry Potter fanfic series (all of them, but Quality of Mercy and Underwater Light in particular). I know there was a pdf of her work in circulation in 2008, but I haven't found any links to it. Does anyone have a link, or could someone upload it to rapidshare or something? Thanks!

Maya, under her real name, published a book recently. (The Demon's Lexicon, wikipedia says.) Anyone read it? Is it good? I've heard it classified as "young adult", which is generally a bad thing...

I haven't read it, but I know her agent, Kristin Nelson. If Kristin picked her up, it must be a pretty decent read.
