So, are you a lit major?

It seems almost every other board on 4chan is full of people that study/did study science, maths or engineering.

If the liberal arts people hang out anywhere on 4chan, it'd have to be here, right?

What did you study?

>>3 here.  I can't speak for others, but although I would rather pursue a degree in English, I've chosen to be pragmatic about my future.  Sure, I'd end up having an above average knowledge of literature, but will I be secure and happy financially?  It's possible, but if I'm going to spend four more years in school, I'm going to study something that is practical.  Perhaps I'm "selling out," but devoting my life to academia is currently out of the question.
