I remember when I was a kid in elementary school, my teacher read aloud to our class a story about a cowboy or bushranger whom was sent insane by a cat which talked to him (At least, I think it was a cat) and told him what to do. We didn't get through the whole book (Because the teacher decided it was to scary for 3rd graders), and I'd like to know what ti was called, so I was just wondering if the kind people here at /book/ would have any idea.
I remember very little about the book other than what I have already said. But I do remember the title had "moon" in the title. I thought the book was called Moonshadow or Moonshade, but I don't know. The cowboy in the story went by the name, though, and it was based on a true story, I think.
So yeah, can anyone help me?
