I don't get it.

I write a story.  I draft it, read it, edit it, re-read it, re-edit it, double-check in a word processor for correct spelling, do research when necessary to be accurate, and read it one last time before submitting it to make sure there are no kinks, no plot holes or anything that breaks the flow of a story.  I post that, and get zero comments.

Meanwhile, someone I've never seen before comes up, writes a badly written wall of text with zero capitals or punctuation and a style that makes the Prince Ken Saga feel like a masterpiece in comparison - and he gets flooded by raving reviews and demands for more.

Why.
