Concentration?

I'm at school most of the time and I could seriously get a lot of reading done, but I need it to be quiet in order to fully concentrate -- there's usually too much talking in public places such as school when I actually find the time to read. Is this just a concentration issue? Is there something I can do to focus better?

You could buy noise cancelling headphones and it will look like you're listening to music.

Listening to music (classical seems to be the best for this)also might help you. It certainly helps me drown out the stupid.
