I was just informed of the presence of this board and I came bricks. (Also, are memes frowned upon here?)
Two questions, what did you guys think of "Of Mice and Men", and, is poetry alright here, or is that actually artwork/critique's thing?

Is this really that slow?

Well, seeing as this board is really slow, I'm going to dump a poem for critique etc and come back later.

Yes, /book/ is glacial; I don't see why poetry would be frowned upon; Memes generally require at least a certain level of board speed and retardation, and while I'm not going to embarrass myself by claiming we're somehow more intellectual, we certainly don't fulfill the former qualification. You're welcome to try, of course.

Also, I'm not receiving much in the way of criticism or even comments on "Of Mice and Men".

I really liked Of Mice and Men.  It only takes an hour to read it too.
