Fantasy books with lots of sex and violence.

I've been trying to get into fantasy novels lately, but I have to admit that I find most fantasy books to be pretty boring unless they have the aforementioned sex and/or violence. Can you recommend me some fantasy books that meet this requirement?

A Prince of Nothing by R. Scott Bakker, is a pretty good read in the fantasy genre with quite a bit of violence and sex.  It is his first trilogy, and is already in the works for a second series set in the same world.  For his first trilogy, it is well written and I expect much from the next set.  (It does have some pretty heavy dialog, with alot of philosophy in there.)
