Fantasy books with lots of sex and violence.

I've been trying to get into fantasy novels lately, but I have to admit that I find most fantasy books to be pretty boring unless they have the aforementioned sex and/or violence. Can you recommend me some fantasy books that meet this requirement?

Awesome! I'm so happy I bought that book now. Is the sex stuff done tactfully, though? I'm all for sex in my fantasy, but not if it's in that might as well be a trashy romance novel/Laurel K. Hamilton/Anne Bishop sort of way.

GRRM is a brilliant writer. The Song of Ice and Fire is the exact opposite of trashy romance. It is, bar none, the greatest fantasy series ever written, period. Nothing else even comes close.
