Fantasy books with lots of sex and violence.

I've been trying to get into fantasy novels lately, but I have to admit that I find most fantasy books to be pretty boring unless they have the aforementioned sex and/or violence. Can you recommend me some fantasy books that meet this requirement?

Song of Fire and Ice books are a must. The books are adult in the sense that they treat sex and violence realisticly but it's not a gimmick or anything, some of the chapters are also pretty graphic, notably like Theon's first POV chapter and one of Tyrion's in Storm of Swords (which I'm only halfway through so there could be other stuff later)
