Hi, I was wondering what you would suggest to be a good easy reading enjoyable fiction book.
I have read hitchhikers guides up till the fourth book and a couple of the red dwarf books and was after something fairly similar to these. Thanks in advance!
The only Heinlin I've read was The Moon is a Harsh Mistress which was totally awesome, so I second that one. Also, Good Omens is a nice dry British book.

Lord of The Rings. Also, try Carrie by Stephen King.

I second Good Omens and Catch-22. Also, Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut (same crazy style as Douglas Adams) and Dune by Frank Herbert (just over all good fiction). And be sure to try Douglas Adams' other books, like The Salmon of Doubt, Last Chance to See, and Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
