If true, 657-page 'leaked' book says:

Dudley's a wizard, Lupin dies, Tonks dies, Harry kills Voldemort with killing curse, Harry lives, Harry + Ginny get it on, Ron + Hermione get it on, Snape is evil, Draco turns good, Fenrir Grayback kills Umbridge, Voldemort kills Wormtail, Dudley becomes the next Voldy-type-thing and kills Vernon + Petunia, every one gets married in the end, Draco's mother dies, Mad-Eye + the nurse-witch person get it on, Ginny wears a push-up bra near the beginning, Snape gets sent to Azkaban, Ron lives but is in a coma at one point, Hermione lives though she gets injured at one point, Hagrid lives.

Those should ruin every possible plot twist.
