I'll just copy and paste my x post but here you go, all of Lovecraft's stuff is avaliable online for free:

I recommend Rats in the Walls as a starter, then The Colour Out of Space, then The Call of Cthulhu. Afterwards browse as you will.

Also the Shadow Over Innsmouth.

My favourite by far has to be The Haunter of the Dark, though.

I have to say: Lovecraft is too cool for school. Quite literally as a matter of fact. Take that as you will. But for anyone who cares... my favorite story of his would have to be, God, there is too much awesome of Lovecraft... I no longer care...

Don't be a "n00b."

Just read "Call of Cthulhu." It's by Lovecraft.

lovecraft made himself and the cthulu mythos famous with short stories, and short stories alone. To understand what cthulu means, one must really read more than just the story with his name in it... Go to a god damned bookstore, he's a very loved author and I'm sure you'll find a collection of his "best works" for like, twelve bucks. Worth it.

Don't change these.
