books made to movies

okay. I know we all like reading here, but I know we also like watching what we used to read and then complaining about it. Which books do you guys think should be made into movies?

Most of Palahniuk's work, even though the books get redundant movies could be awesome.

A Divine Comedy movie would be great too, I always thought the story would be a lot better without the poetry part.

George R.R. Martin's Tuf Voyaging would also be pure fucking win.

Sværkeslægten, 8 book work. It would be a twelwe hour movie trilogy much like LOTR, about generations of a farmer family from father to son, oh lawd.
