Philosophers argue that Nietzsche is brilliant, you see. BUT HE WASN'T! Okay, God is dead, there is no such thing as truth. These are the best things he ever thought up. The other shit he spewed, though, is almost fucking EMBARRASSING to read, ESPECIALLY if you understand his history, and what he experienced leading up to, and during, his philosophomosizing. The man had the fucking intelligence and self-esteem of a toddler.

I'm not trying to detract from his (decent) accomplishments, or what he did for European philosophy. He simply was not a great thinker. If he was, then I know of several who post on /b/. Remember, you can't consider background!!!***
