Why must the good authors do this?!

Having read most of the Conan stuff by Robert E. Howard, and then realizing furstratedly that he's all dead and stuff, I was wondering if anyone on the board knows if the Conan stuff by other authors is any good. Does it still have that "society's stupid rules make no sense and neither do the pansies who follow them" element along with the Lovecraftian feel?

his problem is good authors having the sheer audacity to simply die on you despite you demanding to read more by them.

I suggest you try stories about his other characters, like Bran Mak Morn, or Solomon Kane. Other than the originals, I've only read Conan storys started by Howard and finished by Lin Carter/friends, so I don't know about other writers really.

Howard generates twice the drama because he didn't jsut die, the fucktard blew his head off when he was 30 and still productive. Yiff in hell Robbie...

Don't change these.
