What should I read next?

Ok, I have only just gotten back into reading after years wasted in video games and TV.
I FINALLY finished the LotR trilogy and the Silmarillion; Have nearly completed the first three books of the "Ramayana" series by Ashok K Banker; and am trying to finish the Serpent War Saga by Raymond Fiest.

What other books or authors are worth reading? Suggestions?

I highly recommend reading M.K. Gandhi's autobiography.  It is very interesting hearing about the personal events that shaped this man.  If not that, and you feel like reading some quick light horror stories go for some H.P. Lovecraft.  I also recommend the original Dune books.
