So im thinking of getting this book. However its 20 bucks, and 1000+ pages. Its hueg like xbox, and if im gonna read that i want to know its good. So, what do you guys think of this book?

I've not read that much, but I'm working on it, and I'd have to say that it's up there with the best books I've ever read. So far, though, it seems like Rand is pushing too hard to get her views noticed. But it's awesome nonetheless.

she sucks but read Anthem instead...pretty much the same crap in all her books but this one is at least in the public domain now and you can download it for free...http://www3.nbnet.nb.ca/mcnally/anthem/

What you gotta remember is that rand isnt a fiction author first, she's a philosipher first, and she is just using fiction to better get her point across rather than writing an essay. You might find yourself skipping past parts where she argues against socialism and for individualism and stuff like that, so dont feel bad about it if you do.
