The Song of Roland

I saw this in a 2 euro book bin and picked it up just for kicks. I had heard of it being mentioned in my history class but didn't really know what was it a like. I was truly surprised when I started reading it. It was good. I was reading medieval literature and was liking it.

I recommend it to everyone even though it may not sound good at all, you should try it at least.

Yeah, It was translated in kinda modern old english if you know what I mean. I have also read half of L'Morte de Arthur in lightly modernized old english, but it takes me so much time to read it that I'm not sure if I have what it takes to finish. English isn't my native language, so it's kinda frustrating
