In this thread, A song of Ice and Fire.
Anyway, i'm reading through A Clash of Kings now and enjoying every single moment of it. Although the number of characters is simply too...wow. most of them are quite memorable though, so no problems there. one question though, does the series go downhill after this, like most books in the fantasy genre?

and anyone tried the TCG and board game? looks interesting.

If anything, it gets better. I love ruthless authors; they're the least predictable kind.

The bad news is we'll probably have to wait another fifteen years to see the end of SoIF.

>ruthless

truth and truth. the author doesn't even bother to bat an eyelid when he kills of a main character/throw him/her into a pit of misery and despair.

This is a SoIaF. It is made of win and winter.

Is there even a slated release date for the next book (Dragon-whatever) yet? I want more Arya, but that's still two books away.

Dear god, this series is brutal. When you think that the characters are fucked up, SOMETHING EVEN WORSE happens to them. At least in the two books I've read of the series (hsould've got more of them :V Next month I shall buy the rest).

I love it.
