Chronicles of Narnia

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, obviously, came out Friday. I just read the book beforehand, and I 'm going to watch the movie today.

I personally would rather read something with more complexity instead of using things like 'this place was SO WONDERFUL with LIGHTS and FLOWERS and WOW'. But I do believe this book was meant for kids, so.

Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is actually the second book in the series.  Well, actually, it was the first written, story wise The Magician's Nephew comes first, and it's rather important, as it explains where the witch came from in the first place, why the wardrobe was a portal to Narnia, how that lampost got there, why Aslan is so important, and the creation of Narnia.
