Ghost in the Shell: SAC blu-ray

Hi guys,

I'm trying to get Madman (and maybe trying to get Funimation and Manga UK onboard) to release a local version of the Ghost in the Shell: SAC on blu-ray in a similar treatment to the upcoming remastered release of Cowboy Bebop (http://www.madman.com.au/catalogue/view/19979).

Who else would be keen to see GitS:SAC in HD on BluRay (without having to pay an arm and leg for the Japanese import)?

Yep. Can't get it on bluray or on iTunes in Oz.

Seems like the only copies I can find are the Japanese imports or this version that has turned up in Italy: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=222182
