I think Tanaka's style is a terrible match for that show.

At least Muromi-san #7 looked as good as usual. Next week's  episode is looking even better.

Every anime should be directed by Yoshihara.

Only Iso can save Titan.

I find that when Tanaka doesn't fully commit his cuts tend to look boring or not very exciting. It's not a common occurance, but since he works on so many things, it can happen.

I also find his mecha animation is his weakest. The cut from Horizon season 1's intro and some of the Gundam AGE stuff fell really flat.

why you dont animate this ? then ?

It seems easy no ?

Go doing it

More Tanaka?

Shingeki no Kyojin #7 was not bad, at least there's finally another episode without a schedule that's too messed up.

What does that have to do with anything? He never said he could animate that better, he just said it was badly animated. You don't need to be an animator to give an opinion on animation, otherwise this thread wouldn't even exist.

I know Tanaka was gettin' low around these times

but for Railgun S #6 and Shingeki #7, the scenes he worked in both of them doesn't require a lot of movement so I don't feel like blaming him for it.

and then the thread didn't exist

I disagree, this thread is a nice animation resource. You can always leave if you don't care for the opinions of the people that post here.

Don't reply to retards that can't even type in proper English.

Shinji Higuchi confirms on Twitter that he is doing the storyboard for a Kill la Kill episode.

The theory about everyone listed in the NewType article hyping KLK and praising Imaishi being involved in the show is true! Incoming Hiramatsu episode and Anno 2-second explosion.

Muromi #7 has some really cute character animation http://imgur.com/a/KNYHD#0

Masayuki episode

Shouko Nakamura episode
Osamu Kobayashi episode
Nishigori episode
Shin Itagaki episode

The episode before that was awful though. Yuyushiki is still the most consistent series this season.

This is fantastic. Great motion and power.

Tanaka is back!

See, that looks more like Tanaka. The other gif people posted was just someone else.

Director/Storyboard:  Shinobu Yoshioka
AD: Yuusuke Matsuo

Very unlikely.

They are not even at Ordet anymore.

Name: Anonymous 2013-05-19 9:48

That scene was one of the most impressive things I've seen from recent seasons. It may be rotoscoped, but they did a hell of a good job with it. I just wish I could say the same about the rest of the show.

Yoshioka is, Matsuo left. Something like:

Director/SB: Yoshioka
Animation Director: Sunao Chikaoka

Is more likely.

Name: Anonymous 2013-05-19 10:43

>>233
Yoshioka is a freelancer and now working at A-1 on Ano Hana movie.
He haven't worked at Ordet since BRS and probably left the studio before that.

Why

Because they look good

Are you fucking kidding me. You can hardly tell that it's 3d. This is what SF should've looked like if done right. GG Xrd looks amazing!
